It all started in 2018 when three passionate game developers gathered in a small apartment in Portland, Oregon, fueled by nostalgia and endless cups of coffee. We shared a common dream: to recreate the magic of classic arcade games while infusing them with modern innovation and stunning visuals.

The original Chicken Road was born from countless late-night coding sessions and a simple question: "What if we took the most addictive arcade mechanic and made it absolutely beautiful?" The game became an unexpected viral sensation, reaching over 5 million downloads in its first year and earning recognition from gaming communities worldwide.

Encouraged by the overwhelming response, we expanded our team and dedicated three years to developing Chicken Road 2. We traveled to retro gaming conventions, interviewed veteran arcade game designers, and studied what made classic games timeless. Every pixel, every sound effect, and every animation was crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Today, PixelCross Studios has grown from that small apartment to a vibrant team of 25 talented individuals, but our core mission remains unchanged: creating games that bring joy, challenge, and nostalgia to players of all ages around the globe.
